Linen Rental Policies & Agreement
Linen Rental & Delivery:
In order to process and guarantee delivery, payment for the rental of linens must be received in full at time of order.
All linens rented will be delivered on scheduled delivery date no later than 6pm to units that do not have a contract with Low Tide Linens & Rentals, LLC. All linens rented that are to be delivered to units that have a contract with Low Tide Linens & Rentals, LLC will be delivered to the unit prior to check in.
Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to delivery date will forfeit all money paid and not receive a refund. Orders cancelled more than 72 hours prior to delivery date will receive a full refund of all money paid less a $10.00 administrative fee.
Note: Orders must be cancelled by email only. Send an email to email@example.com requesting the linen rental to be cancelled. You must provide your name, phone number, the original scheduled check in/out dates and address of the rental property.
Last Minute Orders & Delivery Fee:
Last minute orders are any order of linen placed the day of delivery or anytime during your stay. We will make every effort to have your items delivered to you by 7pm the day of order. Last minute orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the next day. All orders will be subject to a $15 delivery fee.
Linen Procedures at Checkout:
Place all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloth, dish towel and beach towels inside the provided Green laundry bags (do not put comforters, pillow shams or matress covers in the Green laundry bags) and place the laundry bags outside the the door. If checking out prior to scheduled check out time, please notify us so we can schedule an earlier pick up.
Lessee assumes all responsibility for all linen while out of the possession of the Low Tide Linens & Rentals, LLC and promises to return such linen to Low Tide Linens & Rentals, LLC in as good condition as it was received. Natural wear from responsible use is expected. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of leased linen. All linen lost or damaged beyond cleaning/repair will be charged to the lessee at regular replacement cost.
